A student pursuing a postgraduate degree in computer science at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay praised the top institute in a viral post on the social media site X, comparing it to a "tech nerd's paradise". Vijendra Kumar Vaishya, who is one month into his master's degree, posted a thread on his experience studying and living at IIT Bombay, which quickly became popular on X.
Among other things, Vijendra was pleased by IIT Bombay's "fantastic" lab crew and the Computer Science department, where people are always carrying laptops.
¡°It¡¯s been a month at IIT Bombay, I am living my dream college life making friends, connections, and all the fun,¡±?Vijendra wrote about X before summarizing his college experience in seven parts.
He stated that IIT Bombay does not have dorm limitations, which means there is no curfew even for female students. "Yes, you read that right¡ªgirls' hostels don't lock up either!" he wrote.Next, when asked how many classes he has to attend, the master's student answered that he only has two days of classes every week.
Vijendra Kumar Vaishya praised the dorms at IIT Bombay as "cosy," but admitted that he frequently ends up sleeping at the CSE department at night instead of returning to his room. "The campus is basically one giant study hall," he informed me. In separate messages, the master's student revealed that he lives in Hostel 17.?
