In recent decades, the world's largest fast-food chain has made several steps in expanding vegan options. And now, McDonald's has finally succeeded in coming up with a dish that would appeal to the tastes of its vegan customers.?
In a typical McDonald's McAloo Tikki Burger, the filling is a vegetable patty made from potatoes, peas, and samosa seasoning.?
This burger is a fan favourite among every desi in India. The burger also has tomato mayonnaise that does not include eggs but is not vegan and is included as a condiment.
The fast food giant has also been conducting trials of vegan burgers in other locations, including Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, the United Kingdom, and Norway.
In the latter part of 2017, it introduced its first burger made entirely from plant-based ingredients called the McVegan. It also conducted?tests in Finland on a brand-new vegan burger named the El Veggo.
