On Monday, Deepinder Goyal, the chief executive officer of Zomato, announced that the company was looking to hire 800 people for a range of positions, including growth managers, software development engineers, and even chiefs of staff to the CEOs of Zomato, Hyperpure, and Blinkit.
In a LinkedIn post, Goyal wrote: "...we have about 800 positions open across these five roles at Zomato. If you happen to know someone really good for any of these roles, please tag them on this thread".
"As a generalist, you will work closely with the leadership team at Zomato. You will have the opportunity to define and execute the core strategy of our food delivery business and eventually own a function".
"As chief of staff to one of our CEOs (Zomato, Blinkit, Hyperpure), you will be nothing less than a force multiplier and mini-CEO for the organization. You will drive priorities across the organization to influence outcomes and maintain momentum," the advertisement said.

The company recently told its restaurant partners it would look to close down the service, said two sources privy to the development.?
