Whoever said that you absolutely NEED a friend at work, has to read this.?

But anyone working at a desk job knows that it's not so easy to avoid colleagues. Plus there's always a lingering fear of coming across as being rude and unapproachable. To fit in and feel at peace in an organisation, ignoring or not speaking to your colleagues may not be the best advice.?
Instead, Leons gave simple tricks that you can employ at work that will keep your focus intact and ensure your work relationships remain unaffected.?
First, in order to avoid getting distracted by co-workers asking questions or chatting up, plug in your headphones and continue your work. This will instantly give the impression to your co-workers that you don't want to be disturbed.?
Second,?Leons explained that it's vital to give your brain that chance to catch its breath every now and then. "If you fill every minute of every day with stimuli and entertainment, your brain never gets the chance to recover and you may be at risk of burn-out." she told Business Insider.?
Happy working!?
