Today (February 18) marks the birthday of one of BTS' brightest stars, J-Hope! Born on February 18, 1994, the rapper, dancer, and producer has been a constant source of joy, positivity, and inspiration for ARMY around the world. As soon as February rolled around, it was clear that fans worldwide would be celebrating his special day.
In fact, ARMY was eagerly anticipating his live birthday broadcast, a tradition that every BTS member has followed throughout the years, barring their time in the South Korean military service.
As expected, BTS' sunshine J-Hope didn't disappoint when he went live to chat with ARMY about various topics. But things took an exciting turn when his phone rang mid-broadcast, and to the surprise of everyone, it was Jimin calling. J-Hope put the phone on loudspeaker so ARMY could hear Jimin's voice after such a long time. Jimin, sounding a little shy and nervous, reconnected with ARMY after his time away.
But the surprises didn't stop there. Jungkook also made an appearance, much to the delight of fans. Unlike Jimin, Jungkook seemed more at ease, likely due to his recent surprise broadcast with ARMY. He joked with J-Hope and playfully asked if everyone could hear him clearly. The even teased each other about their ages before wrapping up the call with plenty of "I love you's" and birthday wishes for J-Hope.
Soon enough, ARMY flooded social media, especially X (formerly known as Twitter), with screenshots from the live broadcast. Many were excited to see the reunion of 'Triple J,' or as many call it, the dance line of BTS.
J-Hope is getting ready for his highly anticipated solo world tour, HOPE ON THE STAGE, which is set to kick off in March 2025 and run through June 2025. The tour will feature stops in the United States, Asia, and other locations.
On top of that, fans can expect new music from the rapper soon. He previously teased a possible release date of "2025.03," hinting at something exciting in the works.??
