In case you're still wondering, it was the Amul butter that threw some chai lovers off.
In the now-viral clip, the man is seen heating milk in a utensil. Next, he adds sugar, tea leaves, masala, rose petals, and green cardamom.?He uses a mortar and pestle to smash dried fruits as the video progresses.?
The man then melts butter in another utensil and mixes in dried fruit powder. Before adding tea to the mixture, he briefly roasts it.?He then gives the customer a steaming hot cuppa?near the end of the video.
