An unusual instance has recently made headlines in Uttar Pradesh's Kannauj district, when a young guy and his buffalo came to Kotwali (a police station). When they arrived at the station, the man tied his buffalo there and began sobbing.?
Santosh arrived at the police station with his buffalo. According to reports, the buffalo ate a little bit of maize from a farmer's field in the village. As a result, the farmer tied the buffalo with barbed wire and thrashed it mercilessly.
When the buffalo's owner learned of the situation, he managed to liberate his animal. Following that, he went to the local police station and made a complaint about the occurrence.
The victim farmer went to the police station, accompanied by his buffalo, to report the crime. He claimed that when his buffalo was exploring the region, it stopped by the field of a young guy named Vinay and ate some of his maize.
When Vinay saw this, he became enraged and tied the buffalo with barbed wire before thrashing him with sticks. As a result, the buffalo suffered significant harm.?
When Santosh learned of this, he went to the location, freed his buffalo, and brought him to the police station.According to reports, the farmer claimed that the police did nothing in this case.?
As a result, the distressed farmer went to the police station with his buffalo as evidence and began sobbing loudly in front of the officers. He also revealed the wounds on his buffalo's body.? ?
He said, "What would I have done if something had happened to my buffalo? This is what keeps me alive," she said bitterly. As a matter of fact, animal abuse is a crime in India.?The country has laws and regulations in place to protect animals from cruelty and mistreatment.?
