Over the period of time, experiments with food have taken a turn for worse.?The latest and perhaps the most outlandish trend comes from Delhi, where a man thought it was cool to make?kulhad-baked momos. From kulhad chai to kulhad momos, the transition?is as baffling as it is shocking.?
In a video shared by food blogger Hardik Malik on Instagram, a vendor is seen tossing momos into?a rich sauce of mayonnaise, two sauces, and seasoning. He further added sauce mixture, and chopped onions, chopped capsicum and sweet corn in the mix!??
He then takes the ¡®mixture¡¯ in earthen glass and fills it with two momos each. Then proceeds to put it in the oven before serving the gooey baked dish, also garnishing it with seasonings.??
According to Malik, the dish is available in East Delhi¡¯s Krishna Nagar for those who don't mind experimenting.?
The video has garnered over 2.5 million views, but people have been left with mixed feelings.?

?This isn't the first experiment with our beloved momos. Last month, a video went viral showing?a street vendor selling "fire momo".?
The video shows the street vendor taking a few pieces of momo, and tossing them into a frying pan with hot oil inside. He fries the momo and then drains out the hot oil. After that, he adds some chopped up vegetables to the pan and a handful of sauces. At some point, the momo inside the pan catches fire, and the vendor keeps tossing them around till all the ingredients are properly mixed.??
He then serves them on a paper plate.? ?
