Lockdown can be maddening, especially when you start craving for your favourite junk foods, and there are some people who don't give two hoots about their personal safety when it comes to grabbing a bite.?
Case in point, this woman who drove a 100 miles on a two-wheeler with her sister to grab a burger amid strict lockdown in the UK.?
The police stated that travelling through three counties ¡ª from Lincolnshire to Scarborough ¡ª to get a burger is not classed as essential travel,?reported?BBC.??

They were fined a whopping Rs 20,000 for the same.?The 160-km-long trip was taken when the country is under another lockdown after a new strain of the coronavirus has been found in the UK. The new strain is believed to be more infectious than the previous one.
Rachel Wood, Chief Inspector of the force said that they understand that people would go everywhere they want to once the pandemic is over but she adds that in the meantime, she would like to thank those who are staying home. She added that such people are protecting the National Health Service and saving lives.
?People are allowed to step out for essential items such as food and medicine supplies. Travelling for work is only permitted if it cannot be done from home. During the lockdown, schools and non-essential shops have also been closed.??

This comes after a group of people in the Northampton area were hit with a huge fine earlier last week during a morning trip to McDonald's.?The group, of two women and two men, was caught arriving at the fast food chain's Drive Thru service at 5am on Wednesday morning.
The police fined them ?200 each after it was discovered the four people were not from the same household.

According to the BBC,?Lincolnshire Police said they had issued a fine to a man after he drove 44 miles (70km) from Chesterfield as he was "having a road trip to football grounds around the country".Sgt Mike Templeman said the man was issued with a penalty notice and given some "strong words of advice".
