Indian Navy Assists In Safe Retrieval of Gaganyaan's Crew Module After ISRO Test Flight
On October 21, ISRO accomplished a successful trial run of the crew escape system for India's inaugural human spaceflight mission, Gaganyaan. Following a nine-minute journey, the mission's crew module safely landed in the Bay of Bengal. The Indian Navy was strategically positioned at the designated recovery site. Naval divers retrieved the module, which was later transported to a naval vessel. The module is scheduled to arrive at Madras Harbour on October 28.
