It's none other than Twitter CEO?Linda Yaccarino. In a tweet yesterday night, CEO Linda Yaccarino defended Twitter by saying it is "irreplaceable and cannot be duplicated". Her tweet comes after Zuckerberg launched Twitter's rival app, Threads.

The Twitter CEO's tweet comes amid the rising popularity of Threads in just 24 hours of its launch. Zuckerberg-led Meta's new app Threads has already racked up more than 30 million sign-ups, emerging as the first real threat to Elon Musk-owned Twitter, as per a Reuters report.??

Amid the surge in sign-ups for Threads within just a few hours of launch, Twitter?responded on Thursday?by threatening to sue Meta, the report mentioned, citing a letter delivered to Zuckerberg by a lawyer for Twitter.
Elon Musk's lawyer, Alex Spiro, has reportedly written to Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, accusing him of "unlawful misappropriation of Twitter's trade secrets and other intellectual property." The letter was first published by the news outlet Semafor.
The letter accused Meta of hiring dozens of former Twitter employees who "had and continue to have access to Twitter's trade secrets and other highly confidential information."
"Twitter intends to strictly enforce its intellectual property rights and demands that Meta take immediate steps to stop using any Twitter trade secrets or other highly confidential information," Alex Spiro wrote in the letter.
Elon Musk, in response to a tweet citing the news, said, "Competition is fine; cheating is not."?Meta claimed that no one in the engineering team at?Threads?is a former Twitter employee.??
On the other hand, "No one on the Threads engineering team is a former Twitter employee - that's just not a thing," Meta spokesperson Andy Stone said in a Threads post.
