A universally accepted gift, all those with a sweet tooth love getting chocolate presents. But if you want to prank someone, get them a weird-flavoured one! And no we are not talking about mint or rosewater. Try thinking along the lines of seafood and worse. Here are 6 weird chocolates to add to your arsenal.
Chocolates are pretty hard to mess with. right? Even the ones like mint or rosewater-flavoured ones that are left at the end of the box, eventually do get eaten. Well, you'll be wrong if you think those are bad chocolates. This International Chocolate Day, let us take you on a wild ride that prove those flavours that you though were bad, are actually pretty tame!

1. Ketchup Kitkat
Earlier this year, a weird trend went viral where people were eating ketchup-drenched chocolate bars. Taking advantage of this momentum, two giants came together to deliver a product that will make your stomach churn. Heinz and Kitkat came together to give birth to a ketchup-flavoured chocolate bar that is no less than a war crime.
2. Crunky Chocolate: As a chewing gum!
There are various chocolate-covered by-products available in the market, and most of them are pretty delicious. Not in this case though, Lotte recently introduced a chewing gum version of their Crunky chocolate in Japan and people are pissed! Just imagine the crunch of a rice-puff-filled chocolate, in the texture of gum and you'll realise all that is wrong with this product.
3. Seafood Kitkat

Another Japan-centred invention is the array of seafood-flavoured KitKat bars, from tuna to shrimp, that are available in the market. Sushi is good, seafood is great and chocolate is best, but not together! A combination of two food items, whose names also should not be taken in the same sentence were combined to create these nausea-inducing candies.
4. Zotter's Olive and Lemon

One of the world's most creative chocolate brands is the Austrian chocolate manufacturer Zotter Schokolade, famous for its artisnal chocolates and unique flavours. In one such incident, the brand created a vegan olive and zitrone (lemon) filled dark chocolate that is seriously irresistible. A unlikely combination you may think is weird, but actually tastes amazing.
5. Red bean Sandwich
Kitkat is going bersek in Japan! From creating a whole sushi bar offering chocolate sushi to now this limited-edition sandwich. The sandwich is a combination of KitKat wafer sticks along with red bean paste that is almost a staple in many Japanese desserts.
6. And frankly, worst of them all...Pizza Chocolate

Pizza is sacred, everyone knows that! One would think, but no! Maybe in an alternate reality, pizza and chocolate go well together, but definitely not in the one we currently live in. Dylan's Candy Bar, a gourmet chain located in New York and supplying their candies worldwide, came up with this monstrosity by combining the flavourings of the Italian dish with decadent Belgian chocolate.
