I Am A Millennial Writer And That¡¯s How A Day In My Life Looks Like

People think that a writer simply sits at home or in their respective office spaces and pens down stories and journals. Well, not exactly. There is much more to our profession than that. Every day is different in a writer¡¯s life, with different stories to tell the world about. Isn¡¯t that interesting? Do you want to know how our lives look like? Let us give you a glimpse of how a regular day looks like for a content-writer.

I like to start my day a little early, at 6.30 am precisely and hit the gym before leaving for office.

I have recently started focusing on my diet and I try to eat healthy, especially my breakfast. I prefer detox water and avoid coffee in the morning. That¡¯s my secret for an energetic start to a day full of activity.

Checking my mails before getting ready has now become a part of my life. I like to look at all the stories I would want to work on. I practically live in my email inbox and catch up on my social media for any updates or new inspirational ideas.

Cab rides have made life a lot easier! It¡¯s my favourite place to sit and ideate. I take down quick notes on my cool OPPO F3 Plus. Then I make sure that everything goes live on the scheduled time and I have enough back up for the next day. I then check my emails and get in touch with my editorial team. After a long, fun-filled day, it¡¯s time to pack my things and relax.

To unwind, I like to meet my friends over dinner. Today happens to be my best friend¡¯s birthday and we are giving her a surprise. All this was kind of unplanned but that¡¯s the most exciting part of the day. It¡¯s a group selfie-time guys.
