I would bring home as well a baby mouse I kept in my doll house but my mum didn¡¯t let me keep her. Right now, I have a little kitten in Mumbai. Her name is Miumiu. Pets can teach us so much about compassion and responsibility and today I would like to thank her for teaching me that."

"I would ask my cat Dosa for forgiveness. I travel so much for work that I often leave him at friend¡¯s homes and he doesn¡¯t like that. He usually sulks a lot after I return from my trip and won¡¯t spend time with me nor eat his food for a day or two after I¡¯m back."
4. Vir Das

"I am obsessed with animals and have been since the day I was born. I am Leo ¨C a born lion and have grown up with dogs, roosters and geese on my Mangalore farm as a child. And my pets are my life. I have bird homes and all kinds of bird feeders in my Panvel farmhouse. I have five dogs at home (three Great Danes Troy, Tom, Duke, a Pug Chelsea and my brat a Husky called Brody. I lost three of my dogs (a Great dane, Dobermann and French Mastiff) last year because of age... It's very painful to lose your pets who are like your family. Everyone in my family ¨C from Mana to Athiya and Ahan adore our pets. We all talk to our pets. Brody tells me everything ¨C from complaining to me to wanting to go down for walk and playing with him."

"Dogs are great companions for kids in the house. Children learn how to take care of someone and about unconditional love. They learn what friendship can be like, without demanding any other thing but time from the other. And of course they are loyal and save you from the evil eye when they are there. They are stress busters. You come back and share a relationship with another entity that is only about sharing love and happiness.
8. Arjun Rampal

"They are both different individuals. The best thing about them is their unconditional love and whether you go for five days or months, when you come back, they jump on you at the door and love you as they missed you completely."
9. Sooraj Pancholi

"I love animals and am attached to all types of animals. I had chickens, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, birds and turtles. So my bungalow is like a small zoo. I had 14 dogs at that point in the bungalow and got really attached to all of them. The first dog I ever had was called Bullet. Also, India should have good hospitals for animals. I have been through it with all my dogs. Whenever my dogs fall really sick or they need surgery, it takes almost two days to find a surgeon to operate the dog. We need hospitals for all kind of animals."
10. Nimrat Kaur

Anushka Sharma is in Paris shooting for her film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and she visited the popular love lock bridge. ¡°Love lock¡± is a padlock that lovers lock on a bridge, fence, or other public fixture as a mark of their love for each other. They write their names on the lock and then throw away the key. This is mainly done to express and confess their love for the other person. While everyone else must have written names of their families, friends, loved ones, Anushka dedicated this space to 'other dude' in her life. She wrote the name of her pet dog! Sweet, right? :)
