Chhaava OTT Release Window: Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna¡¯s latest cinematic outing arrived in theatres on 14th February and is enjoying a dream run. The epic actioner has grossed over Rs 350 crore globally and is not stopping anytime soon. When and where to expect Chhaava on OTT?
According to reports, Chhaava will be available on Netflix after its time on the big screen ends. There's a rule in place stressed by ¡®The Multiplex Association of India¡¯ that suggests that a film must wait 8 weeks after its theatrical release before it can stream online. Since Chhaava hit theaters on February 14, it will likely be available to stream around April 10th or 11th, 2025.
However, since the film continues to do well in theatres, the producers might extend its run, which means it could land on OTT a bit later¡ªaround April 24th or 25th. All of these dates remain unconfirmed until announced officially.
Chhaava¡¯s cast and crew
Based on Shivaji Sawant¡¯s Marathi novel Chhava, the historic actioner also stars Akshaye Khanna, Diana Penty, Neil Bhoopalam, Ashutosh Rana and Divya Dutta in key roles. Produced by Dinesh Vijan under Maddock Films, Chhaava is an AR Rahman musical cinematographed by Saurabh Goswami and edited by Manish Pradhan. Directed by Laxman Utekar, the film chronicles the life and sacrifices of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the second ruler of the Maratha Empire.
