What is Khauf About?
At its heart, Khauf is about fear, not just the supernatural kind, but the fear that hides deep within us. The story follows Madhu (played by Monika Panwar), a young woman trying to escape her past. She moves to a new city and finds shelter in a hostel, hoping for a fresh start. But the building has a dark past of its own.
What begins as a simple attempt to rebuild her life soon turns into a terrifying experience. Strange things start happening in her room. Unseen forces creep into her space. The deeper Madhu gets into the mystery, the more her world starts to feel like a nightmare. As fear tightens its grip, she¡¯s forced to face not only what¡¯s haunting the hostel but also the things she¡¯s been running from within herself.
