Korean man sings Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani's Kabira at an Indian wedding
A Korean man named Kim Jaehyeon shared a video in which he shared how he prepared for the Rekha Bhardwaj and Tochi Raina song for days before finally performing at this Indian wedding.
He wrote, " I can not speak any Indian languages at all, but to offer my congratulations to the newlywed couple @nishant_gawande1 & @pranjali_77 , I prepared this song. Although I made a lot of mistakes on the stage, I loved and appreciated that everybody likes my singing! Thank you."
People are simply floored at his performance.
"I saw you practising with Piyu even before I started practising my dance? I cannot imagine someone putting so much efforts for a song in our sangeet! You¡¯re a gem of a person @jaehyeon_0610 and we¡¯re lucky to have you in our lives," read a comment.
"Learning on your own, singing so perfectly, adding your notes & the 'Me Ganar Ahe' part, @jaehyeon_0610 I must say, you stole the show".
"The efforts were worth it! You really did well."
"You did amazing Jaehyeon! Its not easy to sing in a language you've not learnt or spoken in!"
"This shows dedication! Another form of showing your love and concern! Some people would not even bother to attempt this because they¡¯re too shy or they have stage fright but it¡¯s great to see him overcome this barrier!"
The Korean man sang really well, didn't he?
