Raj Kundra has been trending since last night after the news of his arrest in being a part of porn creation broke. As per reports, Raj had invested in the app named Armsprime that creates adult content and it had also hired Poonam Pandey for the same and given her around 60 lakh rupees.

Ever since then his old tweets on porn vs prostitution have been trending, where he questioned why is it legal to pay someone for sex on camera and why prostitution was different?

Meanwhile Commissioner Of Police Hemant Nagrale, in his statement said, ¡°There was a case registered with Crime Branch Mumbai in February 2021 about the creation of pornographic films and publishing them through some Apps. We¡¯ve arrested Mr Raj Kundra in this case on 19/7/21 as he appears to be the key conspirator of this.¡±

After his arrest Raj was taken for a medical examination and has spent a night in the custody of Crime Branch. On Tuesday, he will be produced before Magistrate¡¯s court.
