Alia Bhatt Reportedly Bags Another SS Rajamouli Movie After RRR, To Star Alongside Mahesh Babu
Alia Bhatt has reportedly bagged her second SS Rajamouli movie that also stars Mahesh Babu. The film is going to be a kind of James Bond or Indiana Jones film with Indian roots.
Alia Bhatt who is basking in the glory of Brahmastra and ignoring the 'negativity' around it only had a very small role in her SS Rajamouli debut movie RRR. However, now the most sought-after actress in Bollywood has bagged another project with the ace filmmaker. If the grapevine is to be believed, after co-starring with Ram Charan and Jr NTR, this time Alia Bhatt will star alongside Mahesh Babu.

The same has been revealed by international Indian film critic and a member of the Overseas Censor Board Umair Sandhu. "Officially Confirmed! #AliaBhatt finally signed #SSRajamouli next flick with #MaheshBabu ! #SSMB29 ?? Shoot will start after her baby born!" he claimed in a tweet.

However, nothing can be said to be true unless an official announcement is made by SS Rajamouli or Alia Bhatt herself.

At an event, Rajamouli as per Pinkvilla, said, "My next film with Mahesh Babu will be a globetrotting action adventure. It¡¯s going to be a kind of James Bond or Indiana Jones film with Indian roots."
Mahesh Babu called it a dream come true to work with Rajamouli
"It¡¯s a dream come true for me to work with him. Doing one film with Rajamouli garu is like taking up 25 films at once. It¡¯s going to be physically demanding and I¡¯m really excited about it. It¡¯s going to be a pan-India film. I hope we break many barriers and take our work to audiences across the country," he said during a media appearance.
Meanwhile, about the Brahmastra negative reviews, Alia Bhatt was quoted as saying, "So the reviews that you are talking about, that is their opinion. We just hope that the positives are more than the negatives. After the release of the film, it looks like it is more on the positive side otherwise it would not have done so well at the box office."
