Basically, the actor has reportedly leased the ground floor of his property to the public bank for the next 15 years, hence this fixed income. Isn't it interesting to know how actors invest their money? The rent amount is also expected to increase in the coming years. According to reports, the rental may go up to Rs 23.6 lakh after five years and eventually closer to Rs 30 lakh.
