Amid the success of Sha Rukh Khan's latest outing 'Pathaan,' Anurag Kashyap took the opportunity to share his views about the Hindi film on Twitter.
After praising Shah Rukh's performance and lauding his film Pathaan, the Dobaaraa director has stated that "people are euphoric about Pathaan."
"I've never seen Shah Rukh Khan so beautiful. So we came to see him and we are very happy. The action sequence is so dangerous, it is the first time Shah Rukh did such a role. I don't think he has ever done this kind of action," Anurag was quoted as saying in Hindi by Hindustan Times while speaking of Bollywood King Shah Rukh Khan and his latest outing.
Moreover, during an interaction with Mid-day, Anurag spoke of SRK's comeback movie and people's reaction to Pathaan, which has beaten 'Sultan' and 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan', the blockbuster films of Salman Khan.
"People are coming back to cinema and people are coming back and dancing on screen. People are euphoric about the movie. There is euphoria and this euphoria is beautiful. This euphoria was missing. This euphoria is also a socio-political euphoria, it is like making a statement," Anurag was quoted as saying.
