13 Years Of 26/11 Attack: Akshay Kumar, Anil Kapoor, Other Celebs Pay Tribute To Bravehearts
Bollywood celebrities took to social media to pay a heartfelt tribute to those who lost their lives while safeguarding Mumbai during the 26/11 attacks.
It's been thirteen years since the dreadful incident of the 26/11 Mumbai attack left a scar in the minds and hearts of survivors and their families.
The deadly attacks, which began on November 26, 2008, lasted for four days, leading to the death of 166 people and injuring over 300.
Recalling the Bravehearts who tried to save the city and citizens until their last breath, Bollywood celebrities paid a heartfelt tribute on social media.
Akshay Kumar wrote:
¡°It¡¯s been 13 years since the horrific #MumbaiTerrorAttack. Remembering all those who lost their lives and loved ones. My heartfelt tribute to all the Bravehearts who sacrificed their lives safeguarding our city (sic)."

To jog your memory a little, 10 Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists illegally entered Mumbai via sea route from Pakistan. They carried out a series of coordinated shooting and bombing attacks across the city on November 26, 2011.
Ajmal Amir Kasab and Ismail Khan attacked a station, killing as many as 58 people and injuring over 100.
