In a recent interview with Aaj Tak, his mother Sushma Yadav and father Ram Avtar Yadav disclosed details regarding his fancy cars, real estate, and source of income. The pair insisted that because of their son's fame, he is being set up.
He said in Hindi, ¡°He (Elvish) used to rent older cars to showcase his stunts in his YouTube videos and portrayed them as his new cars.¡±
Snake Venom Case
Elvish Yadav was taken into custody by Noida police on March 17 following his summons for questioning in connection with a case in which he and five other Delhi residents are charged with peddling snake venom at rave parties in the National Capital Region.

The charge was filed for criminal conspiracy under section 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under the Wildlife Protection Act of 1972. Five cobra snakes were reportedly recovered from searches that were carried out in Noida Sector 49 at the beginning of November. Snake venom was discovered there, and it was disclosed that nine additional snakes were also saved during the raid. The individuals that were detained named Elvish during the course of the subsequent investigations.
Elvish¡¯s parents gave an interview after his arrest where they broke down and said their child is innocent.
