Actress Gauahar Kahan reveals driving herself to the hospital to deliver her first baby. Here's what exactly happened!
Actor Gauahar Khan is currently embracing motherhood with her husband Zaid Darbar. The duo welcomed a baby boy Zehaan in May this year. Met during the pandemic, the duo married within one year of dating each other. Recently, Khan revealed that she drove herself to the hospital on the day of her delivery.

Gauahar Khan said that her ¡®amazing¡¯ husband knew her love for driving and she did that all the way during her pregnancy.
She told Hauterrfly, ¡°He knows I enjoy driving. He knew I was having trouble with the kind of roads that we have. As pregnant women, we go through a lot. No matter how good a car you buy, you will never be comfortable. So throughout my pregnancy, I drove. I was driving everywhere.¡±
Revising the day of her delivery, Gauahar shared, ¡°I had my doctor¡¯s appointment and we were going and just then, my contractions began. And I was driving and I drove to my delivery with my husband next to me. We reached the hospital at 4:30 and he (Zeehan) was born at 9:30. I drove to my delivery.¡±

While announcing the birth of their son, the duo penned a long note on Instagram.
It read, ¡°It¡¯s a boy. Assalam u alaikum beautiful world, says our bundle of joy. Arrived on the 10th of May 2023, to make us realise what happiness truly means. Our blessed boy thanks everyone for their love and prayers. Grateful and giggling new parents Zaid and Gauahar.¡±
While announcing the name, Gauahar and Zaid, ¡°Our ZEHAAN Revealing our little one's name, ma sha Allah on his 1-month date since birth. Thank you all for your love, seeking your continued blessings for him and requesting privacy for our little Jaan. He sends his love.¡±
The couple hasn¡¯t shared the face of their baby yet but keeps on sharing several fazed pictures and videos.
Recently, Gauahar had called out Rakhi Sawant for doing drama around Islam.
Rakhi has now reacted to the same and said, "Jisney bhi mujhey yehh kahaa hai, kya wohh Islam ya Muslim kaum ke thekedaar Hai? Aap log baar baarr mujhey tokte hai, me Umrah karne gayi wohh drama hai, mein abaya pehenti hun wohh drama hai. Heloo¡suno idar baat meri. Rakhi Sawant ka asli roop dikhaney pey majboor mat karo."
