Is She Dissing Ranbir's Exes? Neetu Kapoor's Cryptic Instagram Story Receives Massive Backlash
Did Neetu Kapoor take a dig at Ranbir Kapoor's exes Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone? That's what fans think after her cryptic post on marriage.
Do every quote/saying that you post on your Instagram account reflect a part of your life? Or is just something that you connect or agree with in general?
Neetu Kapoor is receiving massive backlash after she shared a post about marriage on her Instagram Story. Most people think she was taking a dig at son Ranbir Kapoor's exes.
Neetu Kapoor's cryptic post
It read, "Just because he dated you for 7 years, it doesn¡¯t mean he will marry you. My uncle studied medicine for 6 years, now he is a DJ."
This has kickstarted a debate on social media. Many think she was referring to Katrina Kaif here.
"The fact that she thought it was ok to post this given the history. Disgusting!!" a user commented.
Another one said, "Just because he's been married to you for forty years doesn't mean he loved you. My uncle got married only because he didn't want his bloodline to die out."
"Also it would be something if Katrina was all over the place, shading the Kapoors or her ex. But that woman has been really minding her business. Even her fans don't know where she is, one day in London, one day in NYC with her husband. How toxic are you to be shading a woman who doesn't talk about you, married to another man while that son of yours too is married too," read another comment.
Did you know Alia Bhatt's father Mahesh Bhatt had once called Ranbir "ladies man"?
This happened on Koffee With Karan years ago when Alia-Ranbir weren't dating. Talking about Ranbir's past relationshops, Neetu Kapoor had once said, "He is too soft. He can't hurt anybody. It's the same with his relationships, he does not know how to say no, and gets into the deep end! I see it happening and can do nothing about it."
"The first time he felt involved, I knew the girl was not right for him. But when I told him, he rebelled. So I learnt to tackle it another way. I told him don¡¯t get serious so soon, the more you see the more you know and learn, so meet many girls and go out with them, but dot commit yet. But I have learnt to not be an irritant. I say it once and move away. It works," she was quoted as saying by Filmfare.
