On Thursday, January 18, the 28th anniversary of NT Rama Rao's passing, Jr. NTR and his half-brother Nandamuri Kalyanram paid respects to their grandfather, actor and the former chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, at NTR Gardens in Hyderabad.
To honor their grandfather, the two stars wore all-black attire. With folded hands, they presented flowers to the memorial. The actors from the tribute are shown being surrounded by their admirers in videos and photos that have gone viral.

Who Was NT Rama Rao?
NTR, also known as Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, was a renowned politician, actor, and filmmaker. He served as Andhra Pradesh's chief minister for seven years. He also received three National Awards and appeared in 300 films. On January 18, 1996, he passed away at his Hyderabad home.
In 1969, NTR received the Padma Shri. In 1982, he established the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and gained the affection of the people of the unified Andhra Pradesh.
