Meanwhile, Priyanka Chopra's statement explaining what gender equality means has gone viral on the internet.
Nora Fatehi's views on feminism
In an interview with YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia aka Beer Biceps, Nora Fatehi slammed the idea of feminism saying that it ruined our society completely.
"This idea of I don't need anybody. Feminism. I don't believe in it. In fact, I think, feminism ruined our society completely. The idea of being inherently completely independent and not having to get married and have kids and not having the male and female dynamics at home where the man is the provider, a breadwinner and the woman is the nurturer. I don't believe in people who think that's not true. I think women are nurturers, yes, they should go to work and have their own life and be independent but to a certain extent".
can someone actually tell her what feminism means???? pic.twitter.com/TM4sdql5WO

In the same interview, Nora Fatehi said that women shouldn't run away from taking up the role of nurturer. "They should also be ready to take on the role of being a mother, a wife and a nurturer. Just like a man should be ready to take the role of being a provider, a breadwinner and a father and a husband. We call it an old-school, traditional way of thinking. I call it the normal way of thinking. It¡¯s just that feminism f***** it up a little bit. We are all equal in more sentimental things but in societal things, we are not equal. Feminism inherently, on the base level, is great. I also advocate for women¡¯s rights, I also want girls to go to school. However, when feminism becomes radical, it becomes dangerous for the society."
Now, Nora Fatehi is getting trolled.
"Nora fatehi¡¯s understanding of feminism is just about as relevant as any of her songs are to the plot of the movie," a user said. "Priyanka chopra is the only bollywood celebrity who understands what feminism is and holds an accurate viewpoint on it," said another one. " i don't support all women....some of you are stupid as f***", said another one. "Women like Nora Fatehi have never studied history & have never truly understood feminism, yet they enjoy all the basic rights thanks to the struggles of many feminists. Privileged people must step out of their bubble & engage more with people outside their privileged circles."

Meanwhile, people are sharing Priyanka Chopra's statement on feminism. In 2018, during her speech at the Global Education & Skills Forum (GESF) in Dubai, PC explained, "Physiologically men and women are different. There is no debate about it. When we talk about equality and opportunity, we talk about cerebral opportunity. We are not saying we want to be able to be like a 200 pound man and beat the shit out of somebody else. We are not saying that."
She explained what women exactly mean when they say they want equality. "We¡¯re saying you give the ability to get the job, to be the CEO and nobody should question a woman's choices or her drive to be someone. So if she is 50, a CEO and a mother of three. do not question her."
