Pooja Bhatt has slammed PT Usha for not supporting wrestlers protesting over alleged sexual misconduct by Brijbhushan Sharan Singh.
Bollywood actress-producer Pooja Bhatt has come out in support of wrestlers protesting against Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) president Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh at Jantar Mantar in Delhi.

Pooja Bhatt Supports Wrestlers Protesting Against Harassment
Pooja Bhatt took to her official Twitter account and extended her support to the wrestlers protesting against Brijbhushan Sharan Singh.
¡°Thank you @jayantrld for your stand, for raising your voice, and for being by their side when most have deserted them. It is heartbreaking to see our top athletes left with no choice but to take to the streets and to then be reprimanded/issue gaslit by legends like PT Usha (folded hand emoji)," she tweeted.

PT Usha: 'Instead of going to the street (again), they should have come to us'
The wrestlers have also submitted a written letter to PT Usha requesting her to act on the matter.
Reportedly, PT Usha reacted to the matter and stated, ¡°Our feeling is that for sexual harassment complaints, IOA has a committee and athletes¡¯ commission. Instead of going to the street (again), they should have come to us, but they have not at all come to IOA.¡±
Meanwhile, BJP MP Brijbhushan Sharan Singh has refuted all accusations made against him and vowed to prove his innocence.
Vinesh Phogat, Sakshi Malik, Bajrang Punia, Deepak Punia and Ravi Dahiya are among other wrestlers, who have been demonstrating protests in Delhi.
Reportedly, the wrestlers began protesting against accusations of sexual misconduct in January.
Eventually, they discontinued their protest upon receiving reassurances from sports minister Anurag Thakur. However, they have now taken their case to the Supreme Court and are seeking an urgent hearing, which is scheduled to take place today.

Also, BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh has shared a video in which he said that he would wish to embrace death the day he feels helpless.
"Friends, the day I introspect on what I gained or lost, and feel that I no longer have the strength to fight; the day I feel helpless, I would wish death as I won't be living a life like that. Instead of living such a life, I would wish that death takes me in its embrace," he said.
