Pandey has alleged that Kundra leaked her number upon contractual disagreement in 2019 with a message that read, 'Call me now, I will strip for you' on the app.
"I was threatened and forced to sign a contract which stated ¡ª I have to shoot, pose and look a certain way according to their will or else, they¡¯d leak all of my personal stuff. When I wasn¡¯t in favour of signing and decided to terminate the contract, they leaked my personal mobile number along with messages like, ¡®Call me now, I will strip for you¡¯ on the app," she told Times of India.
Pandey in 2020 filed a complaint in the Bombay High Court against Raj Kundra and his associates claiming that they had been illegally using content featuring her even after the termination of the contract.
