Randeep Hooda Justifies Laughing On Sehwag¡¯s Tweet Trolling DU Student In A Long FB Post
Randeep Hooda has issued a clarification saying that he is totally against violence but can&rsquot stand some of the journalists who are trying to politicise the issue and malign people. A few days back amid the Delhi university row Gurmehar Kaur a Delhi University student and daughter of Kargil martyr started a campaign on social media posting a picture of herself holding a placard.

After landing in a controversy for laughing on a tweet, Randeep Hooda has issued a clarification saying that he is totally against violence but can¡¯t stand some of the journalists who are trying to use Gurmehar Kaur¡¯s name to politicise the issue and malign people.

A few days back, amid the Delhi university row, Gurmehar Kaur, a Delhi University student and daughter of Kargil martyr started a campaign on social media posting a picture of herself holding a placard which read that 'Pakistan didn¡¯t kill her father but the war did'. The picture took cyberspace by storm ¨C there were protests and counter-protests too.
Amid all this, Virender Sehwag tweet added a fresh twist to the controversy. Here¡¯s what he tweeted:

While he was already receiving flake for an ¡°insensitive¡± remark, Randeep Hooda¡¯s tweet added fuel to the fire.

And so began a Twitter war where several celebrities including Barkha Dutt and Shekhar Gupta slammed them both for mocking a Kargil martyr¡¯s daughter.

Now, Randeep Hooda has issued a clarification saying that he has nothing against the girl, but he is against the journalists who are trying to politicise the whole issue.
