Rannvijay Singha has quit Roadies 18. He will be replaced on the show by Bollywood actor Sonu Sood, for the first time in 17 years.
"Tu Banega Roadie? Tu Roadie Banega?"
Since the time Raghu Ram had quit MTV Roadies, the show has not been the same. The concept has changed and so has the charm and rage around the show. It is no longer the show we grew up watching, the OG Roadies fans would agree.
Despite many annoying changes to the show, Rannvijay Singha's presence and his gyaan are what kept up with the craze around the youth oriented show. It seems that slipping away from fans too as Rannvijay Singha's journey with Roadies has also come to an end.

Rannvijay Singha has been replaced as a mentor and judge on Roadies.
Who will replace him? If grapevine is to be believed, a Bollywood star will take his chair. While the name has been kept under wraps, an insider has told Hindustan Times, Sonu Sood will step in the shoes of Singha.
Another source without revealing the name of the actor told News18, "The new face is a well-known Bollywood actor who is fearless and will take the journey to a whole new level with their unparalleled energy. The journey is just about to begin, and fans are in for a great surprise as the host will be unveiled soon".

Why has Rannvijay Singha quit Roadies?
Singha, who is currently hosting Shark Tank India told the publication, "Our dates were not matching and it is disheartening."

It was recently announced that Rannvijay Singha will host a new wildlife show titled Safari India.
The show will see him explore various national parks, including Jim Corbett, Kaziranga, Pakke Tiger Reserve (Arunachal Pradesh), Ranthambhore, Gir, Netravali (Goa) and Dubare Elephant Camp (Karnataka).
Talking about the show, Rannvijay in a statement said, "It was the most thrilling experience I have had this year. It was a series of astonishing and larger-than-life experiences. I interacted with forest rangers and learnt about their efforts towards preserving our wildlife. I have had some exceptional learning experiences and it was only because of the show that I realised what a rich wildlife ecosystem our country has."
Will Rannvijay Singha return for Roadies 19? Only time will tell.
