After controversy around divorce with Gaurav Taneja aka Flying Beast, Ritu Rathee shared a clarification video and admitted that they are getting seperated. After the video went viral, Ritu has been getting brutally trolled with many calling it a 'PR activity.'
Pilot Ritu Rathee, and Gaurav Taneja, also known as Flying Beast's wife, posted a video to Instagram in which she discussed divorce rumors. She acknowledged that the two are splitting up, and reacted to the controversy that has been going on. On the other hand, she discussed how guys are often painted as villains, which is why Gaurav is being singled out. Ritu disabled comments on her video, but people still shared it and responded to it on other social media sites. Ritu was the target of trolling after her remarks, with some claiming that it appeared to be publicity.

Ritu could be heard in the video expressing her gratitude for the eight years she has spent with Gaurav and how well she knows him. She continued by noting that it is inappropriate for anyone to make disparaging remarks about the circumstances on social media.

In response, a lot of people wrote about how Ritu Rathee and Gaurav Taneja really shared every detail of their private lives on social media via their YouTube vlogs, and now they were expecting people to stop commenting on Ritu's previously viral video. Others expressed the opinion that, given the manner in which everything is unfolding, this may all be a "cheap publicity stunt."
