'Have Let Go Of Negativity', Seema Sajdeh On Divorce With Sohail Khan After 24 Years Of Marriage

It was love at sight. Seema Sajdeh and Sohail Khan eloped and tied the knot in a temple. It was the day when Jab Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya had released in theatres. Later, the Khan family welcomed her home with open arms. It was a filmy love story, but then there was trouble in paradise.

Seema Sajdeh and Sohail Khan got divorced after 24 years of marriage. Now the lady has spilled beans for the first time on one of the biggest decisions of her life.

Talking to Bollywood Bubble, Seema said, "The thing is, if I were to wallow and it¡¯s a deep dark hole that you can quickly spiral into. So I choose to be on the other side. For me, this is what keeps me going. So even for the kids, for the family members, my brother or my sister. It¡¯s not nice to see your sister wallowing or your daughter Then you¡¯re constantly stressed about that person"

The couple has two kids, Yuvaan and Nirvan. Seema is a fashion designer by profession.

"So it¡¯s for them to see that I am looking at my life completely from a positive angle. I¡¯ve let go of any negativity I might have. I think I have reached a point where I don¡¯t care anymore. As long as, these people know who I am, this is my family, my parents and my kids and my siblings," she added.

Rumours were rife that Sohail was dating Huma Qureshi. However, Sohail, Huma as well as Seema had denied the rumours. The couple had been living separately for quite some time, it is said.

Breaking her silence on link-up rumours, Seema said, "I don't know what is giving rise to these rumours. I was there at Panvel, as were my kids and my in-laws. I honestly didn't see Huma there, so I don't know if she was there or not. The farmhouse is huge and there were over 500 guests present, so no, I didn't see her. She is friends with my brother-in-law and my sister-in-law too. She is also the brand ambassador for CCL (Celebrity Cricket League, where Sohail Khan promotes the Mumbai team), but no I don't think they (Sohail and Huma) hang out".

Sohail Khan and Seema Sajdeh got married in 1998. They first met on the sets of Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya.
