Sushmita Sen's Dating Life: Lalit Modi to Rohman Shawl, Celebs Who Pursued The Beauty Queen

Sushmita Sen and Lalit Modi's relationship created a huge buzz on social media after the businessman shared intimate photos with the former Miss Universe on Thursday evening on his Twitter account.

The actress, who is known for her beauty, intelligence and unconventional decisions in life such as becoming a single mother at 24, Sushmita Sen has taken her fans by surprise many times in the past. While her secret affair with Lalit Modi is the latest to come to light, people are curious to know who are the few lucky men that had previously dated the beauty queen in real life.

According to reports, Sushmita Sen dating model Rohman Shawl, before her relationship with IPL chairman Lalit Modi came to light. The Aarya actress announced her break up with Rohman Shawl on social media in December 2021. The two were in a relationship for three years. However, they are still keeping in touch with each other.

Another relationship that grabbed the spotlight was when Dilbar fame Sushmita Sen and Randeep Hooda started dating. Their love story started in 2006 and their chemistry grabbed much attention, often making headlines for their PDA-filled outings together back then.

However, the two broke up after three years of dating. Talking about what went wrong in their relationship, actor Randeep Hooda had earlier said, ¡°A lot of things went wrong. Sometimes you just outgrow the relationship and then, unless you are married or seriously committed, it¡¯s best to go your separate ways."

He further said that he had missed only one theatre rehearsal in his life as Sushmita Sen wanted him to not go which he thought was the worst thing he did in terms of his value system. "I was exposed to fame although I was on the sidelines as I was not a star. The break-up was the best thing that happened to me and I realised that I gave it too much time in my life. It freed my energy to do things for myself.¡±

Apart from Randeep Hooda, the actress was also linked with filmmaker Vikram Bhatt.

The two were in an extra marital affair when they were filming for the Dastak. Reports suggest that Vikram Bhatt had even admitted to having suicidal thoughts after things went bad between him and his then-wife Aditi due to the affair.

Sushmita Sen also fell in love with former Pakistani cricket team captain Wasim Akram while co-judging the dance reality show - Ek Khiladi Ek Hasina.

According to reports, their long-distant relationship lasted for only five months. Reports suggest the reason for their break up was Sushmita's current flame Lalit Modi, who was allegedly close with her at the time.

The Miss Universe 1994 had also dated filmmaker Mudassar Aziz, Hotmail co-founder Sabeer Bhatia, businessman Imtiyaz Khatri, hotelier Sanjay Narang, Ritik Bhasin of Orion Entertainment and was in a rumoured relationship with Bunty Sajdeh in the past.
