'If Anything Happens To Me, Nana Patekar Should Be Held Responsible', Tanushree Dutta Pens Note
Tanushree Dutta shares cryptic note on social media saying if anything happens to her, Nana Patekar should be blamed.
Tanushree Dutta, who created a huge buzz by starting the #MeToo movement in India, recently shared that she is being badly harassed and targeted by Bollywood mafia.
The actress had mentioned that though she was under extreme mental and physical pressure, she will not end her life by attempting suicide. Now, she has penned another note on social media claiming that if anything happens to her, actor Nana Patekar and Bollywood Mafia will be responsible.
Taking to Instagram, ex-Femina Miss India Universe Tanushree Dutta shared a photo of herself and wrote, "If anything ever happens to me let it be known that #metoo accused Nana Patekar, his lawyers & accociates & his Bollywood Mafia friends are responsible! Who are Bollywood Mafia?? Same people all whose names came up frequently in SSR death case. ( note that all have same criminal lawyer)"
The actress has even urged her social media followers not to watch their films and to boycott them totally.
"The law & justice may have failed me but I have faith in the people of this great Nation," she added in her cryptic post on the social media platform.
The actress, who took the audience by storm with her performance in the Emraan Hashmi starrer Aashiq Banaya Aapne, also voiced her opinion on the ongoing controversy surrounding Ranveer Singh's nude photoshoot.
The 38-year-old actress took to Instagram and wrote, "What's this big fuss over a nude photoshoot in 2022???" and went on to say that sometimes the fuss is just to sideline young artists, take away from their art and talent and shame them for expressing themselves which she feels is an "old Bollywood trick!"
Referring to her film Aashiq Banaya Aapne, Tanushree Dutta said that she was "ostracized" and "ideated like a bloody porn star."
She said that no one questioned the lead actor for the kissing scene or pointed fingers at the director who shot the song that way. The Bollywood actress, who has been out of spotlight for several years, broke the internet after her shocking revelation about Nana Patekar.
In September 2018 during an interview with Zoom TV, the actress accused Nana Patekar of sexually harassing her on the sets of the 2009 movie Horn 'Ok' Pleassss. On the work front, Tanushree Dutta also went on to star in films like Bhagam Bhag and Dhol.
