Vaishali Takkar Death: Neighbour Couple Charged With Abetment To Suicide, Friends Express Grief

Vaishali Takkar¡¯s death by suicide has reminded fans of all celebrities that the nation lost by suicide over the years. Be it Sushant Singh Rajput, Pratyusha Banerjee, or Jiah Khan, fans' emotions are triggered on social media. Amidst all this, there¡¯s an update on Vaishali¡¯s case. The Sasural Simar Ka actor passed away on October 16th at her Indore residence leaving behind a five-page suicide note.
What¡¯s the new unfolding in this case?
Reportedly, a case has been filed against her neighbor Rahul Navlani and his wife Disha for abetment of suicide and the investigation is running speedily. ¡°A five-page suicide note was found at the spot in which Vaishali named Rahul for harassing her,¡± Assistant Commissioner of Police Moti-ur-Rehman was quoted by PTI as saying in Indore. The couple is on the run currently.
Vaishali¡¯s family alleged that since the time Rahul got to know about the plans for her wedding in late December this year, he has been troubling Vaishali.
Her close friends, actor Vikas Sethi and his wife Jhanvi Rana have also shared their words about Vaishali in conversation with Etimes. Jhanvi recalled talking to Vaishali a day before her death over a call and enquired about some financial assistance. Vaishali reportedly told Jhanvi that she was planning to visit Mumbai for her wedding shopping post-Diwali and were on words to stay with Jhanvi-Vikas itself. Vaishali once also told Jhanvi about her fiance five months ago and where Vaishali quoted over a video call, ¡°He is quite sorted and sweet.¡±
Once they heard this news, the couple recalled dismissing it and later Vikash had asked Jhanvi to call Vaishali. When her calls were unanswered, they called Vaishali¡¯s father who informed them that the family was at the crematorium. ¡°We froze and broke down eventually. Jhanvi was inconsolable,¡± he added.

Who was Vaishali Takkar?
Vaishali hails originally from Ujjain¡¯s Mahidpur and moved to Mumbai to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. Since last year, she has been staying in the Sai Bagh Colony of Tejaji Nagar police station area of ??Indore with her younger brother and father.
