Blake Lively adds two more It Ends with Us actresses to her lawsuit against Justin Baldoni, claims they're willing to testify
Blake Lively has expanded her lawsuit against Justin Baldoni, adding two actresses from It Ends with Us as new witnesses. She claims these women are prepared to testify in support of her allegations, which include sexual harassment and retaliation. Lively had filed the lawsuit against Baldoni in December 2024.

Blake Lively vs. Justin Baldoni drama is getting even more intense as the actress has updated her lawsuit, two months after she filed it in December. Blake has added new two other women who worked on It Ends with Us in her lawsuit too. According to the updated filing, these women, who allegedly underwent similar experiences as Blake, are even willing to testify against Baldoni.
The 141-page document claims that Lively was not the only one to raise complaints about Baldoni and states that Baldoni acknowledged the concerns in writing when they were first brought up in 2023.
Blake Lively adds two more women in lawsuit against Justin Baldoni
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the updated complaint filed by Blake Lively against Justin Baldoni has chosen not to disclose the names of the two additional women who allegedly had negative experiences on set, nor does it include quotes from their texts or screenshots. This decision was reportedly made to protect these women from potential backlash, including threats and cyberbullying, which Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds have already faced.
"However, it is important to note that these victim-witnesses have authorized Ms. Lively to include their communications in the Amended Complaint as presented, and they will testify and provide documents during the discovery process," a spokesperson for Lively stated.
What does the updated lawsuit say?
The complaint reveals that after the Gossip Girl alum reported her concerns about writing in May 2023, another female actor on the set of It Ends with Us expressed similar concerns, stating that the film's production was suffering due to Baldoni's behavior, and that she had "growing concerns with the conditions on set".
Lively responded to the actress's concerns, admitting that she too found it hard to speak to Baldoni and tried to avoid him by being busy but wasn't sure if that was enough to address the issues.
A second actress also raised similar concerns about the working conditions on set, and all complaints were reportedly documented in writing nearly a year before post-production began.
Despite Baldoni allegedly acknowledging the issues in writing and assuring that "adjustments would be made," the lawsuit claims that Wayfarer Studios, the production company behind the film, took "no action" to investigate the allegations and "implement any protections at that time."
Justin Baldoni's team fires back
Bryan Freedman, Justin Baldoni's lawyer, did not hold back in his response to Blake Lively's revised suit. He called it out for being "filled with unsubstantial hearsay" from unnamed persons who are apparently no longer willing to come forward or publicly support her claims.
"Since documents do not lie and people do, the upcoming depositions of those who initially supported Ms. Lively¡¯s false claims and those who are witnesses to her own behavior will be enlightening. What is truly uncomfortable here is Ms. Lively¡¯s lack of actual evidence," he said.
In December 2024, Lively filed a lawsuit against Baldoni and Wayfarer Studios, accusing them of sexual harassment and retaliation. Jane the Virgin actor has denied the allegations and filed a countersuit against Lively, her husband Reynolds, and their publicist Leslie Sloane, claiming defamation and extortion.
