P Diddy case: Another lawsuit against rapper for assaulting a 13-year-old girl
According to the lawsuit, Diddy allegedly approached the minor with an aggressive demeanour and a "crazed look" in his eyes. He then grabbed her and reportedly said, "You are ready to party!" before throwing her toward another male celebrity, referred to as "Celebrity A." The male celebrity then allegedly removed the teen's clothing as she became increasingly disoriented.
Sean "Diddy" Combs, the Rapper who is right now in federal detention on several accusations of racketeering and sex trafficking, has new lawsuits once again. And this time he has been accused of raping a 13-year-old girl at a 2000 MTV Video Music Awards afterparty with the help of two other celebrities. According to the New York Post, a 37-year-old woman filed a lawsuit in New York federal court on Sunday, claiming that the incident occurred after she went to an empty bedroom to lie down for a moment because she felt "woozy and lightheaded" after drinking during the party on September 7, 2000. She claimed that at the party, she was raped by an anonymous male celebrity, while an unnamed female celebrity stared at her before P Diddy raped her.

The victim's statement
The lawsuit claims that the plaintiff was held down by "Celebrity A," who then sexually assaulted her while Combs and "Celebrity B," a female, watched. After "Celebrity A" finished, P Diddy allegedly proceeded to assault the girl while the two celebrities continued to watch.
The lawsuit also claimed that the music mogul tried to force the woman to perform various sexual acts on him, but she refused by punching him in the neck, prompting him to stop. She then left the venue and requested her father to bring her home from the event. "After the assault, she fell into a deep state of sadness (depression) which threatens to impact all aspects of her life," the complaint asserts.
Identity not revealed
The plaintiffs are not identified in the court documents, but they are identified as two men and three women, one of whom was just 13 years old at the period of the alleged VMAs rape. One of the males and three women charged Combs of injecting them with drugs. One of the male victims said he was drunk and sexually abused by Combs and an unnamed celebrity, while the other claimed Combs touched him at a Ciroc Vodka party in Los Angeles.
Notably, P Diddy dismissed all claims brought against him. He is currently being imprisoned in Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Centre after being denied bail.
