Batman is back in town!
Actor Robert Pattinson was spotted filming a scene for the intensely awaited 'The Batman' for the first time since production shut down owing to Pattinson testing positive for Coronavirus.
On Monday, a healthy and seemingly fit-looking Pattinson was spotted filming a funeral scene for The Batman, outside St. George¡¯s Hall in Liverpool, England. It is the first time the actor has been seen in public in character.
He was wearing a black suit and any true Batman fan could easily spot a plethora of Gotham City police cars that surrounded the venue and were a part of the filming.
It seems as if there is immense pressure on Robert Pattinson and suddenly the whole world will be watching him as the caped crusader. When asked if he thinks he'll mess it up, he said he is enjoying the character immensely.
"There¡¯s a slightly different feeling when you know loads and loads of people are going to watch something you¡¯re working on,¡± he recalled. ¡°I weirdly enjoyed it during Twilight, the idea that you can mess it up. I guess I felt confident. I wanted to be on the big stage," said Robert Pattinson.
The Batman is now slated for a 2022 worldwide release and one thing is for sure, this film will be a massive crowd-puller.
