Mere Husband Ki Biwi Box Office Collection Day 5: Arjun Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar and Rakul Preet Singh recently headlined a comedy which has taken a crashing flight at the box office. Directed by Mudassar Aziz, the film was released in theatres on the 21st of February and even five days down, hasn¡¯t been able to gross Rs 10 crore. Here¡¯s how much it has earned worldwide so far.

According to Sacnilk, Mere Husband Ki Biwi earned Rs 58 lakhs on Day 5 following a constant drop in numbers since its opening. With an India net of Rs 6.63 crore and an overseas collection of Rs 82 lakhs, the entertainer¡¯s worldwide collection currently stands at Rs 7.40 crore. For the unversed, Mere Husband Ki Biwi¡¯s major competition has been Vicky Kaushal¡¯s Chhaava at the box office.

Rakul Preet Singh on Mere Husband Ki Biwi¡¯s box office performance

The actress recently spoke to NDTV and expressed that she is grateful that the critics and public have received the film so well. Rakul added, ¡°The audience walking out with a smile is the happiest feeling. Ours is a film to be enjoyed with family and friends, and I am hoping more people go and watch it.¡±

Asked about her bond with Arjun and Bhumi, Rakul shared that the duo were her friends before the film so it was either way a fun ride. She added, "I love both of them, they are amazing and I am a person who actually deals with everyone. I am not someone who is an insecure actor and you know I think Bhumi is a great friend, she is like a sister and so is Arjun.¡±
