Not Feminism But Patriarchy Is Winning As Badass Ranaut Sisters Are Trash-Talking About Others!
Think of some of the iconic female villains from Bollywood movies ¨C Lalita Pawar was a wicked mother-in-law, Manorama terrorised young damsels, Bindu and Helen were seductive husband stealing vamps, Kunika Sadanand Lall had a negative interference in other women¡¯s family and business.
Things haven¡¯t changed much in the recent times. For instance, in the recently released film Gully Boy -- Sheeba Chaddha who plays Alia Bhatt¡¯s mother was, too, regressive towards her own daughter.
So, the bottom line still remains - a woman is a woman's worst enemy. This is a statement we have heard a lot of times, and not only in the reel life, it has proven to be valid in the real life as well. But have you ever heard men being men¡¯s biggest enemy? That just doesn't feel right, does it?
Kangana Ranaut is called the feisty actress of Bollywood, who isn¡¯t afraid to break stereotypes and conventions. ¡°Time has come for women empowerment,¡± she had once said. She even wants other women to support her in her fight. Is that why she told Alia Bhatt ¡°to grow some spine and support an important film about women empowerment¡±?

Adding to that, her sister, Rangoli Chandel often drops irresponsible tweets that are somewhat inclined to rub people in the wrong way. It seems like, she has joined Kangana Ranaut in her mission to ¡°lagao waat¡± of entire Bollywood. From Randeep Hooda to Sonu Sood and 'silly-sex' Hrithik Roshan, no one is spared including women like Alia Bhatt, Mini Mathur and Richa Chadha recently.

Intentionally or unintentionally, they have both trash-talked about many people. They may be right at what they are doing. But is shaming other people the only way out?
If your fight is for women empowerment, feminism and girl power, to win the battle you¡¯re shaming, abusing and trash-talking about other women. Just think about it once again ¨C you¡¯re simply taking revenge, and nothing else.

This is also a feminist theory called patriarchal bargain, which is a tactic that women use to uphold patriarchal norms that disadvantage other women but maximises their own power and safety. So, women turn oppressors of other women, while they are simultaneously being oppressed by patriarchy.
Women have been publicly shamed through history for several reasons that include adultery or smiling or speaking or simply existing. The naming and shaming these days continue on social media. Rangoli Chandel, who says, her tweets are approved by Kangana Ranaut, has been doing the same seemingly.
Rangoli Chandel asked Mini Mathur to not be ¡°cocky¡± in a tweet because she praised Gully Boy and not Manikarnika.
Its nt evry film @minimathur its d legnd f LaxmiBai, one f d bst period films evr made she¡¯s no ordnry succes stry she¡¯s d vry embodimnt of Bharat Mata if u faild 2 aprciat anodr womns effrts 2 bring dis gigantic conciousnes alive on big screen den dnt b coky bout it its nt funny https://t.co/PDNePVF5MI

¡°Keep your main-chup-rahoongi sob story to yourself¡±, she told Alia Bhatt.
People arnt stupid, they see who stands alone and where is gang of movie mafia, in this time and age honesty and transparency is most valued so keep your medieval age ¡® Main chup rahoongi¡¯ sob story to yourself, no need to make this viral everyday... ??

Richa Chadha was called ¡°movie mafia ass-licker¡±.
....(contd) so her timing of speaking out was also decided a decade ago. Please know if there is a flame burning in the rain there is a reason behind that its not a coincidence. And here are some jobless actors, movie mafia ass lickers....(contd)

When Vivek Oberoi recently tweeted a distasteful meme involving Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, everyone slammed him including National Commission for Women and rightly so! But Rangoli, instead, called the organisation a "fraud" because they didn't support Kanagna. But do you really think Vivek Oberoi's offensive tweet was worth ignoring, Rangoli?
I will never forget how they refused to take Kangana¡¯s complaint against a big star, but come to fight for these childish jokes when so many rape and harassment cases are lying unaddressed #Shame

She even said that other actresses like Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif are no competition to Kangana Ranaut.
Recently she attacked Hrithik Roshan's sister. This happened when she appreciated her sister in a post and a fan pointed out that it's not a big deal as this is common among all siblings. She took this opportunity to point out and allege that Hrithik Roshan (who they also refer to as "silly ex") tried to prove that his sister Sunaina Roshan is bipolar.
Don¡¯t act too smart @chakrabarti_r everyone isn¡¯t nice to their siblings, Hrithik Roshan¡¯s sister Sunaina Roshan has been calling and messaging Kangana and me only to apologise that she didn¡¯t stand up for her when Hrithik framed her as they were friends.... (contd) https://t.co/Ty2HwG7XLj

(Contd)..when Kangana &Hrithik were close, when Hrithik found out he & his PR tried to prove her a bipolar on a nervous breakdown, poor lady was so hassled with all the public shaming and blaming...(contd)

(Contd).... day before it was all over the media, so don¡¯t give this BS everyone is kind to their siblings.

And she agrees that all opinions in her tweets "gets approved by Kangana".
In their battle for women empowerment, somewhere the badass Ranaut sisters are degrading other women who are fighting their own battles against the same issues in the industry.
And they are not the only ones. Remember the ¡°Aunty ji¡± who apparently asked men to rape a woman who was wearing short clothes? The scrutiny and the shaming that she received on social media was another win of patriarchy.
We do not doubt if you¡¯re right or wrong. We are nobody to judge that. But the route you¡¯ve taken to accomplish the truth, as you alleged, is doing more damage than good. Somewhere, some women are losing the plot, it seems.
