Talking about the scene Diljit Dosanjh in an interview with YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia had revealed, "We shot exactly at the place where Chamkila was killed. Imtiaz Sir shot exactly at the same place where he fell after being killed. While shooting the scene, As I fell, Tumbi (musical instrument) was in my hand, and its string struck my finger. While I was falling, I could see my hand and the blood falling on the floor. I could sense this is the exact spot where Chamkila¡¯s blood was spilled."
