Singham Again box office report day 19: Ajay Devgn¡¯s film rakes in Rs 1.5 crore on third Tuesday

Singham Again, directed by Rohit Shetty, has emerged as a massive commercial success despite receiving mixed reviews. The film remains a force to reckon with at the box office even in its third week. It, however, has slowed down quite considerably. The actioner raked in a respectable amount on November 19 and continued its run.

Singham Again witnesses growth on third Tuesday

Ajay Devgn¡¯s Singham Again is still minting money at the domestic box office even though it hit the screens nearly three weeks ago. According to Sacnilk, a trade tracking website, it made Rs 1.5 crore on Tuesday, November 19. This figure is nearly 30% higher than the Rs 1.15 it minted on November 18. The film¡¯s total collection stands at Rs 233.5 crore. It is expected to collect in the same range today (November 20).

Singham Again has made a solid impact at the box office. However, the collections would have been higher had it not clashed with Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. The Kartik Aaryan-led film has fared pretty well in urban markers. Moreover, there was a division of screens, which did not benefit either film. Despite this, the recall value associated with the Singham franchise helped it sail through. The film also benefited from the negative response to Kanguva, which hit the screens on November 14.

Jyoti Despande, Ajay Devgn, and Rohit Shetty are the producers of the new Singham film. Ravi Basrur has composed its background score. He is best known for his work in Yash's KGF and the Prabhas-fronted Salaar.

Singham Again is, meanwhile, still playing in theatres.
