Kingston box office collection day 4: Kingston, which hit the screens on March 7, opened to a dull response at the Indian box office and collected less than Rs 1 crore on the first day. It witnessed slight growth over the weekend but completely crashed on the first Monday. Kingston is a horror thriller starring GV Prakash Kumar.

GV Prakash Kumar is in the limelight because of his latest film Kingston, which opened in theatres a few days ago amid decent fanfare. The film continued its run on March 10 after a slow start. According to Sacnilk, a trade website, Kingston earned Rs 40 lakh (nett) on its fourth day. This is lower than the Rs 1.02 crore it made on March 9.

Day 2: Rs 1.22 crore

Day 3: Rs 1.02 crore

Day 4: Rs 40 lakh

The filmĄ¯s total collection stands at Rs 3.54 crore. Kingston received mixed reviews, with critics lauding the performances but panning the execution. The underwhelming word-of-mouth worked against the film. It also struggled to hold its own Dragon, which has earned Rs 92 crore so far.
