3. Match Fees for Players

4. Overseas Player Registration Rules

• Any overseas player must register for the Big Auction.
• If a player doesn¡¯t register for the auction, they cannot participate in IPL 2025.

5. Player Availability and Bans

• If a player registers for the IPL 2025 auction but later withdraws before the season, they will be banned from IPL for 2 seasons.
• A capped Indian player can become uncapped if they haven't played an international match in the last five years.

6. The Impact Player Rule Continues

The Impact Player Rule, introduced in IPL 2023, will continue for IPL 2025 to 2027.
