1. Vishal Mega Mart IPO

Subscriptions for the Vishal Mega Mart IPO are scheduled to commence on Wednesday, December 11, and run through Friday, December 13. With a provisional listing date of December 18, the IPO is expected to list on the BSE and NSE. With a lot size of 190 shares, the IPO price range has been set between ?74 and ?78 per share. One of the top hypermarket chains, Vishal Mega Mart, is trying to raise ?8,000 crore with its book-built issue, which is a complete offer-for-sale (OFS) of 102.56 crore equity shares.

2. Mobikwik IPO

One Mobikwik Systems, a fintech company, plans to collect ?572 crore from the primary market when it launches its first public offering (IPO) on December 11. The equity shares will be listed on the BSE and NSE, and the IPO will be available for subscription until December 13.

A price range of ?265 to ?279 per share has been established for the Mobikwik IPO. A new issuance of 2.05 crore equity shares with a lot size of 53 shares is part of the public offering.

The firm intends to support the expansion of its payment and financial services operations using the net revenues from the IPO. Additionally, money will go toward investments in technology, product development, analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

3. Sai Life Sciences IPO

The IPO of contract research, development, and manufacturing (CRDMO) Sai Life Sciences is scheduled to begin on December 11 and conclude on December 13.

Through an OFS of 3.81 crore shares valued at ?2,092.62 crore and a new issuance of 1.73 crore equity shares totalling ?950 crores, the business hopes to raise ?3,042.62 crore. The lot size is 27 shares, and the IPO price range is ?522 to ?549 per share.

The proceeds of the new issuance will be utilized for general business operations as well as the repayment or early repayment of existing debts.

4. International Gemmological Institute IPO

On December 13, the International Gemological Institute, a major participant in the certification market for gems and jewellery, will begin its initial public offering (IPO). The ?4,225 crore IPO is scheduled to close on December 17. The transaction consists of an OFS for ?2,750 crore and a new issue of equity shares valued at ?1,475 crore.

The business intends to purchase IGI Belgium Group and IGI Netherlands Group from its promoter using the net funds from the issuance. Additionally, a portion of the money will be used for basic business needs.

5. Inventurus Knowledge Solutions IPO

Supported by Rekha Jhunjhunwala, Inventurus Knowledge Solutions is a provider of healthcare administration solutions. The IPO is scheduled to begin on December 12 and end on December 16. A total of 1.88 crore equity shares will be offered for sale in the IPO. The firm has not yet disclosed the IPO price range.

The 1.88 crore equity shares are being offered for sale (OFS) as a whole. As a result, the business will not profit from the problem.

1. Dhanlaxmi Crop Science IPO

The IPO of Dhanlaxmi Crop Science, a company that specializes in creating, manufacturing, processing, and marketing crop and vegetable seeds, is scheduled to begin on December 9 and end on December 11.

The pricing range for the Dhanlaxmi Crop Science IPO is ?52 to ?55 per share. An application must have a minimum lot size of 2000 shares. Retail investors must make a minimum investment of ?110,000. HNI requires a minimum lot size investment of two lots (4,000 shares), or ?220,000.

A new issuance of 43.28 lakh equity shares is being offered. The NSE SME platform is scheduled to list the company's shares.

The issue's main goals are to satisfy the business's working capital needs, pay for issue-related costs, and assist with general corporate purposes.

2. Toss The Coin IPO

On December 10, marketing consultancy firm Toss The Coin will begin its first public offering (IPO). The closing date of the IPO is December 12.

The BSE SME platform will list Toss The Coin's shares. The pricing range for the IPO is ?172 to ?182 per share.

An application must have a minimum lot size of 600 shares. Retail investors are needed to invest a minimum of 109,200 naira. HNI requires a minimum lot size investment of two lots (1,200 shares), or ?218,400.

The business wants to raise ?9.17 crore through this book-built issuance, which would only include a new issue of 5.04 lakh equity shares. 600 shares make up the IPO lot size.

The firm intends to finance capital expenditures for the creation of a microservices application and the opening of new offices with the net revenues from the offering. The revenues will also be used for general business purposes and to satisfy the company's working capital needs.

3. Jungle Camps India IPO

The hospitality business Jungle Camps India, which runs restaurants and wildlife lodges, will begin its initial public offering (IPO) on December 10 and end on December 12.

A total of 40.86 lakh equity shares are being issued in the ?29.42-crore SME IPO. The pricing range for Jungle Camps India's IPO is ?68 to ?72 per share.

1600 shares is the minimum lot size required for an application. Retail investors are needed to invest a minimum of ?115,200. HNI requires a minimum lot size investment of two lots (3,200 shares), or ?230,400.

It is anticipated that the IPO listing will occur on BSE SME on December 17.

4. Supreme Facility Management IPO

The IPO of integrated property management services provider Supreme property Management is scheduled to begin on December 11 and conclude on December 13.

The IPO price range proposed by Supreme Facility Management is ?72 to ?76 per share. 1600 shares is the minimum lot size required for an application. Retail investors are needed to invest a minimum of ?121,600. HNI requires a minimum lot size investment of two lots (3,200 shares), or ?243,200.

Through this book-built issuance, which consists solely of a new issue of 65.79 lakh equity shares, the business hopes to raise ?50 crore. With a provisional listing date of December 18, the IPO is anticipated to go public on the NSE SME platform.

The net proceeds will be used for general corporate operations, the pursuit of inorganic initiatives, and working capital requirements.

5. Purple United Sales IPO

The IPO of Purple United Sales, a business that sells apparel, accessories, and shoes for kids, is scheduled to begin on December 11 and end on December 13.

The IPO is a brand-new offering of 26.04 lakh shares, valued at ?32.81 crore, with a price range of ?121 to ?126 per share.

An application must have a minimum lot size of 1000 shares. Retail investors must make a minimum investment of ?126,000. For HNI, the minimum lot size investment is two lots (2,000 shares), or ?252,000.

The net proceeds of the issuance will be used for general business objectives, working capital needs, and the opening of additional shops.

6. Yash Highvoltage IPO

A wide variety of transformer bushings are manufactured and distributed by Yash Highvoltage Limited, which was founded in June 2002. The firm manufactures old bushings and also offers complete repair, retrofitting, and replacement services.

On December 12, Yash Highvoltage's first public offering will open. The closing date of the IPO is December 16.

Yash Highvoltage is launching an SME IPO with 75.35 lakh equity shares. The offering consists of an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 11.3 lakh shares and a new issuance of 64.05 lakh shares. The IPO price range has not yet been revealed. However, the shares will be offered on the BSE SME platform.

The firm intends to establish a new plant to produce RIP/RIS transformer condenser-graded bushings and for other corporate uses using the net proceeds from the new offering.
