1. Use a gentle shampoo.

Many people struggle to find an appropriate conditioner, but it is worth the effort of trying out a few conditioners until you find the one that suits your hair. If you have particularly frizzy hair, try a leave-in conditioner or serum. If you are using a conditioner that needs to be washed off, leave it in your hair for a few minutes before you wash it off. Remember, conditioner is to be applied only to the bottom half of your hair, and not to your scalp.

3. Oil your hair 2-3 times a week.

8. Eat well and drink plenty of water.
