Bhumi Pednekar's diet
The actor is a self-proclaimed foodie and she never denied herself her favourite foods or went without eating for long. Bhumi removed fast food from her diet and replaced it with healthier home-cooked versions. Keeping her portion sizes in check she developed a diet plan including food items such as eggs, missi roti, upma, poha, grilled chicken, rice, pulses, multi-grain rotis and rajgira.
The actor used to consume 6-7 litres of water daily and experimented with detox water with lemon, mint and fresh cucumbers to keep her hydrated.
Bhumi Pednekar's workout regimen
The actor did not directly launch into high-intensity exercises and took her body weight into consideration. She began with a variety of workouts from running, working on machines, functional training, swimming and dance aerobics.
