5 times Keerthy Suresh proved she's the ultimate fashion diva with her ethnic ensembles
South Indian actress Keerthy Suresh is all geared up to make her Bollywood debut opposite Varun Dhawan in 'Baby John'. Today, on her birthday, let's take a look at 5 times she proved she is the ultimate fashion icon with her exquisite ethnic ensembles and take some inspiration for the festive season.
Keerthy Suresh is one of the most celebrated South Indian actresses and has won several accolades for her impressive acting skills. However, it is her unique fashion style that fans can't get enough of! Keerthy Suresh always manages to impress us with her impeccable sense of style, but the star unarguably looks her best in traditional ethnic wear. Today, on her 32nd birthday, let's take a look at 5 of her best looks that you can take inspiration from for the festive and wedding season.
Keerthy Suresh is the ultimate fashion diva and here's proof!
1) Embellished saree
In her latest post, Keerthy was dressed in a stylish black embellished saree designed by designer duo Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna. The stunning saree featured rows of sequined all over and was paired with a matching, sleeveless, choli-style blouse. She paired her elegant saree with statement kundan earrings and full glam makeup, featuring her signature smokey brown eyeshadow.
2) The OG suit ft. churidar pants
Reviving the iconic Y2K fashion like Disha Patani and Priyanka Chopra, Keerthy too wore a simple mustard yellow sleeveless kurta which was paired with a matching dupatta and churidar pants. The kurta came from the luxury label Re-ceremonial, which is a celeb favourite. She paired the traditional suit with statement gold earrings and completed her look with a messy braid hairstyle.
3) Sharara set
There is no festive wardrobe complete without a sharara set. Keerthy styled a heavily embellished set which featured a bright yellow kurta paired with a matching organza dupatta and multi-coloured sharara pants. While the kurta was adorned with gota patti work, the sharara pants came in pastel pink, orange and green colours and added a unique touch to her look. She accessorised her sharara with gold temple jewellery-inspired earrings.
4) Bespoke lehenga
Another wardrobe staple, especially in the wedding season, is a lehenga. For a friend's wedding in Kolkata, Keerthy styled a stylish off-the-shoulder blouse with her lehenga that is a perfect bridesmaid look! The Tarun Tahiliani lehenga featured vertical panels of different-hued fabric featuring gorgeous floral print along with a broad zari border on the bottom. The blouse and the matching dupatta were decorated with delicate, dangling embellishments which complimented her kundan jewellery.
5) Anarkali suit
How can you not include a classic anarkali when it comes to festive shopping? The talented actress shook things up a bit and rather than heavy anarkali suit sets, she paired an intricately embroidered kurta with simple straight-leg pants and skipped the dupatta. The velvet black set was designed by Anita Dongre and featured white-hued floral embroidery.
On the work front, Keerthy Suresh is all set to make her Bollywood debut with the movie Baby John. The action/thriller is directed by Kalees and features Varun Dhawan in the lead alongside the birth girl as well as Sanya Malhotra, Jackie Shroff, Wamiqa Gabbi and Rajpal Yadav in prominent roles. The movie is set to release this Christmas on December 25, 2024.
