The Scoop actress can be seen balancing three weight plates on her all fours in plank position. Sending a new challenge alert to her followers on social media, Karishma can be seen positioning herself on all fours and balancing it beautifully.
Initially she does it on only 3 weight plates and then increases the plates to four. About this tough workout, Karishma wrote, "New challenge alert. You all can do it . Common. LetĄ¯s motivate each other Tag me when u do the challenge .. here we go."
